What we collect, why we hold it, who else sees it and how long it stays. Written to be read rather than to be defensible.

1What we collect
Account details you give us: your email, name, and optionally a phone number and country. Identity documents if you complete verification.
Financial records produced by using the service: deposits, withdrawals, trades, staking positions and the ledger entries behind your balance.
Technical data your browser sends: IP address, user agent, and the time of each request. We use it to keep sessions working and to investigate abuse.
2Why we hold it
To run your account — a ledger is not useful if we cannot tell whose entries are whose.
To meet legal obligations, including identity verification and record-keeping where financial regulation requires it.
To keep the platform secure: failed sign-in attempts, withdrawal PIN attempts and administrative actions are logged so a compromised account can be investigated.
3Identity documents
Documents you upload for verification are stored privately, never in a public location, and are opened only through links that expire after five minutes.
They are seen by staff reviewing your verification and nobody else. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for anything other than confirming who you are.
4Who else sees it
Our hosting and database provider, which stores the data on our behalf.
Market data providers receive no personal information — we ask them for prices, not about you.
Law enforcement or a regulator, where we are legally required to respond. We do not hand over account data on an informal request.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5How long we keep it
Ledger and transaction records are kept for as long as financial record-keeping rules require, which is typically several years after an account closes. They cannot be deleted on request while that obligation stands.
Identity documents are kept for the retention period that applies to verification records, then deleted.
Marketing preferences are honoured immediately and independently of the above.
6Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time without affecting your account.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to your local data protection authority.
7Cookies
We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and store your display currency and language so the interface remembers them. That is the whole list — there is no advertising or cross-site tracking cookie on this site.
