Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Assetflow — the account, the ledger, deposits and withdrawals, and what we are and are not responsible for. They are written to be read.
Last updated 7 August 2026
1. Acceptance
By opening an account or using Assetflow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.
We may change these terms as the product changes. Material changes are notified in your account at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use Assetflow after that date means you accept them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract where you live. You must not use Assetflow if you are subject to sanctions, or if using it would breach the law in your jurisdiction.
You may hold one account. It is personal to you — do not let anyone else use it, and do not open an account on someone else's behalf.
3. Verification
We may ask you to verify your identity before raising limits or releasing a withdrawal. We may restrict an account while a check is outstanding.
Identity documents are stored privately and used for verification and legal obligations only. We do not sell them and we do not use them for marketing.
4. Your account and security
Keep your password and withdrawal PIN to yourself. Enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials.
We will never ask you for your password, your withdrawal PIN, a two-factor code, or a wallet recovery phrase — not by email, chat or phone. Anyone who does is not us. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited once confirmed on the relevant network and reviewed. Send only the named asset on the named network — assets sent on the wrong chain, or to an address other than the one shown, cannot be recovered by us or by anyone.
Withdrawals are paid to an account or address in your own name. Third-party payouts are not supported.
No fee is charged to release a withdrawal. If you are asked to pay one in order to receive your own funds, the request did not come from us.
6. Balances and records
Every movement on your account is recorded as an immutable ledger entry. Your balance is the sum of those entries, not a figure stored separately, and your statement shows the same rows we hold.
Corrections are posted as reversing entries rather than edits, so the original remains visible. Where support adjusts an account, the reason is recorded against the entry.
7. Risk
Crypto assets are volatile and largely unregulated. Their value can fall as well as rise and you may lose everything you put in. Past performance tells you nothing reliable about future results.
Staking rewards are variable, depend on network conditions, and can fall to zero. Some networks impose lock-up periods we cannot shorten, and can penalise validators for downtime.
Nothing on Assetflow is investment advice or a recommendation. Figures published by third parties, including other members' track records, are their claims unless we have marked them verified.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Assetflow for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access accounts that are not yours, or scrape it automatically.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Assetflow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and network congestion can all affect access and settlement times.
Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not warrant that it is complete or fit for trading decisions.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for investment losses, for losses caused by assets sent to an incorrect address or network, or for losses arising from your credentials being shared or compromised.
11. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time once outstanding balances are withdrawn. We retain transaction records for as long as the law requires, even after closure.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@assetflow.app. Complaints are acknowledged within five working days.
This document is a starting point drafted for this product. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a substitute for advice from one — have it checked against the rules that apply where you operate before you rely on it.
